is right for you, we will conduct a preliminary interview discussing
your tastes, lifestyle and expectations. In turn, we will discuss
our history, goals, and our expectations.
At Morrison Homes, we are not just building a house, we are building
your dream. Our secret is remaining customer specific and we achieve
this by limiting our projects to 10 to 15 per year. This allows

Our Philosophy
It's not just a house! Every home that we build at Morrison Homes
is special and will be treated accordingly. Whether this is your
first home or your last, we know that it is very important to you
that it is right the first time.
Our speculative houses are built with the same mindset as customs
- exacting perfection! That's because we know that they will be
equally important to whoever eventually lives in them. We use the
same high quality trade contractors, materials and suppliers on
ALL of our homes. Quality comes first!
We do not build homes to meet building codes; we build to exceed
code. Therefore, from the widened foundation, the energy efficient
windows & doors, the custom built cabinets, to the 30-year shingles
on the roof, you can be assured that you have not bought a home
from just any builder.

certain subcontractors, suppliers or materials that we would not
use otherwise.
Our Standards
When building a home, we believe that local businesses
and tradespeople should be used whenever possible. The materials
we use exceed most quality standards.
For a custom home, you have the freedom to sometimes specify higher
(or lower) quality materials - depending on your needs/wants/budget.
In most cases, our local suppliers and vendors are able to satisfy
your tastes. If not, we will go statewide, nationwide or international!
We will steer you in the right direction, to help you make informed
decisions throughout the homebuilding process.
