Unless you choose the right contractor to make everything run smoothly, building a custom home can be an emotional rollercoaster ride. Our team of professional associates will work with you, to help you make those many intricate decisions involved with homebuilding.

Pre-Construction

Through conversation, we will help you choose the right house plan, location and orientation for your new home. We will take time to learn all about you - to understand your needs. We have designers and architects that we can recommend, if you can't find just the right plan. Remember, we have done this many times; we know how to make it easy!

During Construction

More hand-holding. Glenn has done many of the trades himself, while building his business, so his know-how will come in handy in the process. If you don't understand something, ask! We will be glad to explain how everything is put together and works. Our team of professional tradespeople is geared toward customer satisfaction. Glenn supervises the whole job personally, from start to finish. That's the only way he can proudly put his name on it!

After Construction

We will not let go. After the home is complete, our team is still with you. We are realistic, and know that houses are built to last longer than the warranty period. So when you have a need arise, we will still be there for you. From time to time, we still help some of our first customers from more than 15 years ago!
